Well I got kinda thirsy earlier and didn't want milk so I decided to make a smoothie. I don't use recipes for this (er, actually it would be more accurate to say Mom doesn't. I've never made smoothies before =P), so I just made something up. I used about a quarter cup of water to thin it down a bit, a can of frozen lemonade concentrate, an over-ripe banana, a couple handfuls of frozen peach slices, and a bit of sugar... about 1/8 to 1/4 cup; I didn't want it too sweet so I didn't use a lot of sugar. I can taste the lemonade a bit too much after drinking half a glass, but other than that it's pretty good. Although I'm kind of silly and I'll eat pretty much any kind of food, so I don't know if anyone would like it =P My siblings drank a little bit, but they all said that it was too sour.

Sounds yummy! I just put frozen strawberries, ripe bananas, plain yogurt and milk in mine. No sugar. And let me tell you, they are delicious!! =D

yummy.... we make a breakfast smoothie every morning: yogurt, orange juice, strawberries, a banana and a green apple. it is so good. :)
